Skills and Objectives: Gain new perspectives on past and present relationships; examine and transform challenging emotions into healthier frameworks; explore active ways of engaging with music as a resource to process grief.
Creative Product: Participants will leave with a project—a song, a beat, a ringtone, etc.—that samples, remixes, or otherwise utilizes the recorded voice of their loved one, along with a cymatic print representation of their loved one’s voice, and resources for future exploration.

Through voicemails and recordings, participants explore new and active techniques of engaging with memory and relationships using composition, improvisation, and electronic audio processing, creating compelling audio work that also aids in the processing of grief.
